Hampton Inn Phoenix/Glendale/Peoria

Great stay! My son had a baseball tournament and the hotel managed us extremely well. The rooms were clean. Pool was great. Fitness center was clean and quiet. My bed was comfortable. The housekeeping was on it every day cleaning rooms and super friendly with timely follow up. This location is very convenient for restaurants and access to the area. Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations!

We checked in Friday afternoon and were met with two very nice attendants, Ashley was one there was another man that checked us in and was also amazing I did not catch his name. We were checked in super quickly and efficiently. Once we got to our room we noticed it was fairly hot. We turned down the cooler and it was not cooling down. After about an hour we asked to be switched. They switched our room with no issues and the cooler in the new room worked better. The next day there was a spill on the bed my children were sleeping in. I broke down the bedding and figure it would be taken care of when they came to clean. We got back around 3pm and no one had been to the room. I didn't realize we had to ask for a cleaning service when staying more than one night. The employee at the front desk, Ashley, took care of our room and went above and beyond in my opinion. She was always smiling and eager to help, I also saw her with other customers and she seemed to be on point with everyone. I can see her being a great asset to the team. Beyond that, the pool was clean and fresh, the complementary breakfast had many choices and was all around a great experience for my family. The cookies and ice water out all day was a great touch and a win for the kids. We had a premium room that had snacks and drinks. I appreciate the details in snack choices as well being a type1 diabetic. There was low carb snacks and drinks as well as sodas, chips and candy. You can't go wrong with this location.

Rooms really need maintenance. Sink in bathroom clogged, low water pressure on 3rd floor. Also, and yuck, 2 dark long hairs on sheets. The sheets smelled ok, so didn’t ask for room change. Nice big tv. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Unfriendly check in clerk. Oh and… can’t turn down the AC below 68. I called the front desk to ask about it it at 2:30am when I woke up hot, but no one answered the phone. Don’t recommend.
